Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued
UPDATED: Microsoft sent affected nonprofit organisations an email similar to the below on Wednesday/Thursday 14/15th May announcing that Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued. A similar message was sent out regarding the end of the Office 365 E1 grant offer. Hi I'm assistant at the Qubitpilot company. We can't get partner status. Everything went wrong at the Accoutnt cerification status step- "Rejected". The "fix now" button is not active. We have written to support many times, called the Microsoft hotline, the problem has not been solved for 2 weeks. What should we do? We urgently need to solve this problem. Hello, I'm trying to verify my business for the CSP program, but I'm stuck in the same loop. Every support representative asks for the same documents, and I send them again and again. But nothing is fixed. It feels like I'm talking to a robot, not a human. I’m just looking for someone to actually review my case, not reset it every time. It’s honestly been really frustrating, and I’d really appreciate it if this could be escalated to someone who can help break the cycle and get this resolved. Currently, onboarding is booking several months out. 💡 Need to teach before your scheduled onboarding? If it’s urgent, email mctprog@microsoft.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ Please note: Escalation grants limited access—you’ll get into the MCT Lounge, Learning Download Center, and labs. Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed.Achievement codes/Partner Center
Greetings, We have just been onboarded as a TSP. We have recently provided training in AZ-900 and AZ-104 and the attendees have successfully redeeemed achievement codes for both courses. The problem is this does not reflect on our profile in the partner center that any courses have been completed. Microsoft 365 Business Premium & Office 365 E1 grant discontinuation on CSP and Web Direct channels Microsoft announced on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, that the Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant and Office 365 E1 grant on CSP and Web Direct Channels will be discontinued for nonprofit customers upon their next renewal date on or after July 1, 2025. Hello Microsoft Tech Community officials, Our Microsoft Partner Center account has been suspended, both as a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and as a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Reseller. We did not receive any notification as the reason for the suspension, but I thought that the common reason for the closure of both titles could be the statement “Significant account abuse detected”, but no detailed explanation was shared. Regarding this situation, I would like to point out: We have not knowingly or intentionally violated Microsoft rules or policies in any way. All our activities have been carried out in order to get to know the systems and learn the processes in the journey of becoming a solution partner. At this point, we would like to ask you A clearer explanation of the reason for the suspension, A chance to correct and reassess if there is a mistake, I would like guidance on the steps we need to take to reactivate the account. We value the Microsoft partnership and are ready to cooperate in any way we can to help clarify this process.MS700 - Unusable Software in Classes - AGAIN!
Hi, just launched MS700. To my suprise the software in these labs is completely unusable. In June 2025 we get * Windows 10 Version 2004 unpatched with Edge 126 * Office 2019 Build 1808. Just a joke or Correct? Current Versions of the Software are * Windows 11 24H2 * Edge 137 * M365 Ver 2505. Why should i pay for that crap? Can anyone explain? We dont have the time nor I´m willing to patch these old machines in classes. Regards, MarioBlocked from Migrating Entra App from Personal to Org Tenant (Production Use, Partner Account)
We’re a Microsoft partner with a verified organizational tenant and a live Outlook connector currently in production with a sizable user base. Unfortunately, due to historical setup, the Entra authentication app supporting this connector was registered under a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft support informed us that application migration between accounts is no longer supported, and directed us to the community for visibility and possible product escalation. What We’re Asking For: A manual reassignment or supported workaround for this authentication app to be transferred to our organizational tenant Or at minimum, guidance on how to support existing users during a parallel rebuild, with minimal disruption We understand this may be an edge case, but for partners with live customer-facing apps originally built under personal accounts, we believe there’s value in revisiting the policy — or offering a migration pathway. If there’s a path to escalate this to the relevant Entra or Commercial Marketplace team, we would sincerely appreciate that support. I've set up a SaaS offer in the Azure Marketplace and created a free plan for testing purposes. However, when attempting to subscribe to the offer, I encounter an issue: No plans are available for the selected subscription, despite configuring both yearly and monthly plans. Hi all, We are currently trying to deploy a solution through Power Platform (PP), however we couldn't get it to work. Initially, we believed the issue to be a dataverse version mismatch. Therefore, with assistance with PP support, we updated the dataverse version so it is now aligned. However, this did not fix the issue. We keep receiving error codes, even when we try to deploy the solution manually. It states that we cannot add the workflow because it does not exist. Our ticket has now been passed to the PP solutions team for investigate. However, our project is now at a standstill while support look into the issue. We were wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and if there is anything we can try in the meantime. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.PL-300 exam cancelled
I gave my PL-300 exam through Pearson vue platform which was closed by proctor by alleging that I was cheating, I ensured the proctor that I am not cheating by any means but the exam window was closed by him even before I can attempt a single question, I raised this concern to Pearson vue support also, please provide resolution for this I want my exam to be rescheduled again.Partner Registration Penalty Box
I'm trying to register as a partner but getting an error stating "http://www.microsoftintegrity.com/. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=868372 with reference number: XXXXXXX" The problem is I can't get into the Partner Portal, as I'm not yet a partner, to raise said support request. I've tried to request resolution through Office 365 portal, hoping they'd facilitate contact with partner support but they seem to be confused as to how to facilitate the connection. I have no clue why I'm getting this error as I use the DUNS lookup to provide company information. I've also entered it in by hand. Would love to become a Microsoft partner with my venture but need some support to overcome this "penalty box" Anyone have ideas?
