Hi Team, we are facing issues in our UAE Region to create Achievement Codes for our classes next week. It is only in this region where we are missing the Achievement Code button at the moment. Updated 3/28/25 DP-203, DP-3011, DP-3012, DP-3014 are online. DP-900 is online, but Lab #3 continues to be impacted. On this month's community call (3/26) we announced that DP-600, DP-601, DP-602, DP-603, DP-604 are still offline with an ETA to have them all up by June. We'll revisit the update again on the April community call. ORIGINAL POST: Hello partners, Many Data Platform labs have been taken offline at all lab hosters for newly discovered required fixes. The following labs are not currently available: DP-203 DP-3011 DP-3012 DP-3014 DP-600 DP-601 DP-602 DP-603 DP-604 DP-900 remains online, but Lab #3 is currently impacted by this outage. DP-3020 is not impacted. Lab hosters are reaching out to instructors who are scheduled to deliver the impacted course. We don't currently have an ETA but will update here as we know more.

Hi dear ISVs! Together with an ISV in the Netherlands we are planning a commercial marketplace managed app deployment. We are looking for ISVs out there who are willing to share their experiences with us. In particular we would like to learn how you are taking care of lifecycle management of your stateful deployments. How to provide a new version of your software without losing the customer's data.
GST/VAT in Microsoft-managed countries
Hi, I am in a Microsoft -managed jurisdiction and have a transactable offer in AppSource. I have only recently onboarded some customers and I don’t fully understand how GST is being managed. We are in Scenario 5 as described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace-offers/tax-details-marketplace which means Microsoft collects from the customer at the list price + GST. Ignoring store fees for this purpose, Microsoft pays the (10%) GST to the tax authority then pays out the balance. Unfortunately, the way GST works here, we have to show the amount we receive from Microsoft as gross revenue and then deduct a further 10% to pay to the tax authorities. In other words, we get no credit for the tax Microsoft has paid. As I understand it, the publisher should invoice Microsoft for the sale price + GST then Microsoft invoices the customer at the price plus GST and claims an input tax credit for the GST it pays to the publisher. There may be some specific tax ruling that overrides this. Does anyone know who to talk fix your business profile on AppSource. We don't show up under a lot of filter options including country, 2 of our 3 designations, professional services and industries. It is really limiting the chance to be found. I've talked to the support team and they've said it's based on algorithms and that not all partners will get profiled. Hi can you provide any information on if and when the above license will be available through csp. As far as i can see, you can order this directly from Microsoft through your Tenant and maybe still VL. But not through CSP. It is neither on the pricelist, nor in partnecenter. thanks for your response Kind regards Steffi
