On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the need to connect education to current ideas of the twenty-first century.

Speaking at the opening session of the three-day Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam there, he stated that the main goal of the national education policy (NEP) was to take education out of the restricted thought process and merge it with future concepts and ideas.
